The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the public that the Library intends to make a sole-source award to IBM for TRIRIGA maintenance licenses, per FAR FAR 13.106-1(b). The Library intends to make a one year award for these licenses. The Library is unable to compete this requirement for the reasons listed in the attached justification. Please reference that document for more information on the specific licenses being requested and the reasons this requirement is being sole sourced to IBM. This is not a solicitation nor will the Library consider unsolicited proposals.
