The Library of Congress FEDLINK is conducting market research to identify potential commercial sources for serials subscription management and related support. The contemplated acquisition covers management and fulfillment of serial publications in all formats/media, including print and electronic content, with tasks in ordering/renewing subscriptions, serving as fiscal agent with publishers, facilitating access and claims, troubleshooting end-user access issues, and providing reports/administrative support. Interested entities are invited to submit capability statements demonstrating ability to manage large subscription portfolios, including company information, UEI, CAGE code, and publisher coordination experience. Responses should be limited to five pages and submitted electronically, and this notice is solely for market research, is not a solicitation, and will not result in a contract award or reimbursement for response costs.
