The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the public that the Library of Congress ("Library") intends to place a logical follow-on order off GSA with CBeyondData (doing business as DCS Consulting, Inc.) for Financial System Support. The authority for this order is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C). The Library needs continued limited support for various Financial Systems while the Library works to take over this work in the long term. If and when an award is issued, the Library will post an award notice on Sam.gov.
