The purpose of this pre-solicitation is to inform vendors that the LIbrary of Congress has a CRB eFiling and Case Management System Enhancements requirement and intends to solicit and isssue a sole source award to NIC Federal. This requirement provides enhancements to the current eCRB system, to include all development, testing, and release of system changes, as well as all documentation updates and demonstration related to delivered enhancements. The library's justification is attached. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals.
