A prior version included incorrect information. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform vendors that the Library of Congress has a brand name requirement and intends to solicit and issue a sole source award to US eDirect to provide licenses and maintenance support for the Tour Scheduling (VERSO) software. This requirement will provide software license renewals and maintenance agreement for the Tour Scheduling (VERSO) software product currently in use by the Library. VERSO is a proprietary software produced by eDirect and can only be procured directly from US eDirect. The Library's brand name justification and sole source justification of this requirement to US eDirect is attached to this posting for review. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals.
