The Library of Congress (Library) has a requirement for commercially available warehouse software for the United States Copyright Office (USCO). The goal of this requirement is to obtain a commercially available automated warehouse management & asset tracking solution to migrate away from the outdated tracking and inventory processes currently in use by the USCO. Please see the attached draft statement of work (SOW) and process information on USCO's Storage Workflow Processes. This posting is a request for information and sources sought for this requirement. The Library is requesting that interested vendors review the attachments and then provide the Library with any feedback you have on the SOW and any additional information you believe is neccessary to be able to provide an offer once this requirement is solicited. The Library is also requesting that interested vendors please provide information on any government wide contracting vehicles or GSA Schedules your organization is listed on. Vendor responses should be limited to a maximum of 10 pages and should be written in legible font (such as Times New Roman) that is of a reasonable size (normally font size 10 or higher). Responses may contain a brief statement about your company and your capabilities related to these requirements but the Library is not looking for marketing documents or general capability statements. Responses may not be reviewed if they are excessive in length or do not comply with the instructions stated here. Responses should be sent to both of the individuals stated in the Contact Information section of this posting before the deadline. Please note that this posting is NOT a solicitation. The Library will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Library currently intends to solicit this requirement in the near future.
