The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform vendors that the Library of Congress (Library) has a brand name requirement and intends to solicit and issue a sole source award to Xytech Systems Corporation (Xytech) for maintenance, licensing and support services related to Xytech's Media Pulse software. Media Pulse is currently in use at the Library and this requirement is for maintenance and licensing to support the solution currently in place at the Library. This solution can only be procured directly from the OEM, Xytech, as there are no re-sellers of this solution. The Library's brand name justification and sole source of this requirement to Xytech is attached to this posting for review. Please note that this is not a solicitation nor will the Library accept unsolicited proposals.
