Stereo Headphones for DTB Machines
The Library of Congress seeks a contractor to develop and produce stereo headphones for its National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled, which provides free audiobook services to eligible patrons. The contractor must submit two proposal samples for evaluation, followed by twenty production control samples for approval before full manufacturing begins. A one-year warranty, individual and overpack cartons, and a Quality Control Plan are required. The contract will be a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award based on a Best Value Tradeoff process evaluating samples, technical approach, past performance, and price. Performance location is not specified, and no budget amount is provided.
