The Library of Congress requires ongoing maintenance, service, upgrade, and repair support for its ARRILASER Film Recorder at the National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC) Packard Campus Film Preservation Laboratory to ensure its optimal operation for film preservation. This support must be provided by a factory-trained engineer using factory-authorized parts and remote support. The Library intends to award this requirement on a sole-source basis to a pre-identified business, and no formal solicitation for proposals will be issued.
