Classification Web Plus “Minaret” Subscription, Hosting, and Support
The Library of Congress is conducting market research to determine if an alternative system can replace the current "Minaret" platform for its Classification Web Plus subscription service. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals. The requirement is for a contractor to provide hosting, operation, maintenance, and future enhancements for this web-based cataloging resource. The contractor would need to either license the existing proprietary Minaret database or design and build a completely new system. Responses to this market research are due by February 27, 2026.
