The Library of Congress currently has a task order with AEIO LLC in which they provide support to the Human Capital Division for position classification and re-description, as well as quality control of existing Position Descriptions (PDs) in support of the Library’s Trusted Workforce Implementation Strategy. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the Library will contract directly with the incumbent contractor to accommodate a surge in requirements. In accordance with LC06.305 Availability of the Justification, a redacted Justification and Approval to issue a sole source modification is attached.
