Legislative Branch Financial Management Systems (LBFMS) has three Indefinite Delivery Indenfinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, LCLOC19D0011, LCLOC19D0012, and LCLOC19D0013. The ceiling amount has been reached on all the IDIQ contracts. Therefore, the Library is creating a class Justification and Approval to increase the shared ceiling amount. The shared ceiling amount for all IDIQ contracts will be increased by $542,591.49. The class Justification and Approval shall increase the shared ceiling amount on all three IDIQs.
