The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry that the Library of Congress intends to modify a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract increase the ceiling contract. The awardee Clean Harbor Environmental Service Inc., provide the Library with the disposal, clean-up, and recycle hazardous, universal, and radioactive, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulated waste. The Library anticipates to increase the ceiling of the IDIQ contract by $35,000.00: LCISS19D0022- Clean Harbor Environmental Service Inc. Currently, the IDIQ are in the fifth year of performance. However, it is apparent that the ceiling of $165,000.00 is lower than what is needed to successfully complete all currently awarded and active task orders. The current IDIQ ceiling must be increased to allow all remaining and potential task to be completed under this IDIQ. Additional information is provided in the attached J/A.
