This notice serves as notification of the Library's intent to award a stand alone contract to Xcential Corporation, provided in accordance with FAR 5.203(a) and 12.204(b). An award has not yet been made. Please see the attached redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for additional information. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered in its finalizaton of the acquisition strategy. To be considered this must be provided to the identified points of contact by 5/19/23 at 5pm ET.
