The Library of Congress requires contract support for maintenance of its Empress Media Asset Management (eMAM) system, which is used by the Design Office and Communications Group. The system was procured in FY24 and implemented in summer 2025, with the first year of maintenance included in the initial procurement. Ongoing manufacturer support is needed for licensed users and the custom implementation. The contract will also include two additional business unit licenses. Performance of services will be at the Library of Congress.
