The Library of Congress's Congressional Research Service (CRS) requires a contractor to provide continued annual support and maintenance for its existing PoolParty Semantic Suite software licenses. This work is to be performed at the contractor's own facility. The services involve maintaining the software used to develop taxonomies, automatically tag CRS content, and identify new terms via text analytics.
