If you have already submitted a quote, or used the previous version of the document, you do not need to re-submit the quote. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The Library of Congress (LOC) requires maintenance and repair services for the existing book theft detectors throughout the LOC Capitol Hill campus buildings (John Adams, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson) in Washington, DC. Questions related to this solicitation must be submitted via email to David Leonard at dleonard@loc.gov and Abby Schultz at aschultz@loc.gov no later than November 7, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. The Library will provide answers to questions of a substantive nature to all offerors. The Library will not guarantee answers to questions received after the required question submittal date/time. Quotes are due no later than November 14, 2025 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time and must be submitted via email to David Leonard and Abby Schultz.
