See attachment J6. ----------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under the authority of FAR 12/FAR 15. The Library of Congress (Library) seeks a contractor to create and distribute braille versions of print magazines to subscribers of braille magazines within the NLS network. The Library intends to award a firm-fixed-price-with-economic-adjustment (FFP-EA) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Library reserves the right to award a single- or multiple-award IDIQ as a result of this solicitation. Please see the attached solicitation document for further instructions. Attachments J1 – J5 are required to compete for this IDIQ. Please review them carefully.
