Braille Magazine Transcription and Duplication – Library of Congress

The Library of Congress seeks a contractor to create and distribute braille versions of print magazines to subscribers within the NLS network. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price-with-economic-adjustment, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type. The Library may award either a single or multiple contracts from this solicitation. Offerors must review and include attachments J1 through J5 to compete.
