No other changes are made. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Amendment 0001: Amendment 0001 provides the solicitation document, 030ADV25R0028, which failed to upload to SAM.gov when it was first posted; extends the questions due date, extends the sample label due date, extends the solicitation closing date, and adds one sentence to the end of Section L. See Amendment 030ADV25R0028 -0001 and attachments for further details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a competitive solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services adhering to the requirements of FAR Part 13.5 for full and open competition. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Library of Congress (Library) requires the procurement of custom printed labels with embossed Braille for the National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Print Disabled. The NLS requires printed labels for its cartridges, printed return labels for the cartridge containers and shipping box labels. This project involves the sourcing, producing, and shipping of the labels. The Library will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that provides the best value to the government. Please read the attached solicitation for detailed information on the requirements, instructions for proposal submission, and the method that will be used to evaluate proposals. Questions are due no later than 04/16/2025 by 12:00PM (Eastern Time). Answers to questions will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 04/29/2025 by 12:00PM (Eastern Time). Sample labels are due no later than 05/13/2025 by close of business (Eastern Time).
