In 2024, the Library opened a new 3,700-square-foot “Treasures Gallery” that enables the Library to share the collections that belong to the American people and that deepens the connections visitors will make with theme. This gallery includes a permanent interactive media station. The Library is a federal partner for the America250 Commission. In partnership with the America250 commission, the Library intends to open a new exhibit titled Founding Phrases; which will explore the legacy of the Declaration of Independence in honor of the semi-quincentennial of the Declaration. The Library requires a compelling interactive experience that invites visitors to explore how the Declaration’s ideals have inspired Americans in 1776 and beyond. The Library seeks a contractor to provide audio visual and interactive experience services for the Founding Phrases exhibit. **AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is as follows: 1. The proposal due date is extended from 12PM Noon ET 04/01/2025 to 12PM Noon ET 04/07/2025. 2. To revise the Statement of Work at Section C based on the questions received. 3. To revise the proposal instructions at Section L. 4. To revise Attachment J-4 Past Performance Questionnaire response due date from 04/01/2025 to 12PM ET 04/07/2025. 5. To incorporate the Question and Answers at attachment J-6.
