See the amendment and attachments for more details. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The Library of Congress seeks a contractor to provide a KVM switch that allows operators around the National Audio-Visual Conservation Center (NAVCC) to access and control the various equipment. The Contractor shall also provide the installation and configuration of uninterruptable power supply (UPS) units for the new KVM hardware. The resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price (FFP). Please see attached solicitation document and attachments J1-J5 for further information. A site visit will be held on May 31, 2024. Offerors who wish to attend must RSVP in writing by the date provided in Section L of the solicitation. Offeror questions are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on June 10, 2024. Answers to offeror questions will be posted to SAM.gov as an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on June 27, 2024.
