See attached Q&A document. -------------- The purpose of this amendment is to change the question deadline and clarify that the requirements. - - - - - - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under the authority of FAR 12/FAR 13.5. The Library of Congress seeks a contractor to provide embossing, binding, and distribution of braille material from master braille (.BRF) and/or tactile (.CDR/PDF) files. This is a program where the patrons themselves (Printed Braille by Patron Demand) will select which (.BRF or .CDR/PDF) files will be printed. The resulting contract shall be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) Idefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quanitity (IDIQ) contract. The Library reserves the right to award a singe- or multiple-award IDIQ as a result of this solicitation. See the attached solicitation document for further information. Attachments J-1 and J-2 are required for your business to compete, as these are the sample documents. Due to limitations in the SAM system, potential contractors must email the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist to request these files. The files will then be emailed to your business.
