This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 030ADV24R008 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and includes brand name items as indicated in the attached Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis.
