The Library of Congress (Library) and Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires contractor system, software and technical support for the National Library Service (NLS). The work would support NLS' integrated operations systems, namely the XESS/PIMMS/READS Systems (XPRESS-IOSS). The full list of systems for XPRESS IOSS is included in Section 1.0 of the solicitation. The NLS administers a free program that loans recorded/audio and braille books, magazines, music scores in braille, and large print to visually and physically impaired United States residents. NLS partners with the OCIO to manage the development, maintenance, and operation of XPRESS IOSS. The Library’s OCIO Design and Development Directorate leads the technical effort. This contract encompasses the following types of support: Contract/Project Management Hosting Environment Setup Managed Services and Hosting Support Operations and Maintenance Technical Support Postal Shipping Support System Migration Support Please see the below solicitation documents for details on this requirement.
