The Library of Congress ("Library") has designed an adjustable traveling exhibit booth (“Booth”) that will be the centerpiece attraction at National conferences, festivals, and other events (“Events”). The Booth’s primary purpose is to promote awareness of Library collections, programs, services and initiatives. The Booth is used to promote education and outreach by engaging as many Events as possible by providing an atmosphere which promotes learning and it provides authoritative information to visitors. Visitors leave with the impression that the Library is a remarkable institution which encourages them to visit the Library either online or in-person. The Library seeks a highly experienced, professional traveling exhibit booth fabrication Contractor to fabricate the Library’s newly designed adjustable traveling exhibit booth, and modular components. The Contractor shall provide fabrication, storage and shipping services for the Library’s adjustable traveling exhibit booths and modular components.
