Amendment 0001 Posting Attachment C- Questions and Answers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a combined Synopsis/ solicitation under the authoirty of FAR Part 13.106-2. The Library of Congress (LOC) has a requirement for pest control and prevention services at six (6) of the Library's buildings.The Contractor must provide and implement a comprehensive Integrated Pest Control Management Plan (IPM). Pests to be covered under this plan include: ants, carpet beetles, and other dermestids, cockroaches, stinging insects and nests, rats, mice, filth flies, moths, mosquitoes, termites, bed bugs, birds, waterfowl, bats, fruit flies, drain flies, silverfish, psocids, book lice, stored products pests; and other potential nuisance insects, such as crickets, millipedes, centipedes, ground beetles, and clover mites.
