Extend solicitation due date to August 9, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST. Provide the Q&A document for the provided answers and consult Section C for the revisions. ================================================================================== This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued under FAR Part 13 as a public competition. The Library of Congress (Library) Materials Control and Analysis Division’s (MCAD) processes approximately 1 million documents a year. Documents include; registration certificates, correspondence, deposit account statements, and periodical information. The Library looking to lease a new machine to fold single, and multipage documents, insert them into standard envelopes, and meter the postage to the outgoing material. The Library requires the lease of an inserter folding machine, with a maintenance and service agreement. For additional details in regards to this requirement please see the attached solicitation. Questions are due July 27th, 2023 at 12PM EST. Offers in response to this solicitation are due no later than August 7th, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST.
