**August 3, 2023** Amendment 0001 incorporates the Library's answers to questions received in response to the solicitation as well as requirements changes in Section C, Section J, Section L, and Section M. The quote due date has also been extended. See the attached Solicitation for additional information. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This notice serves as a combined synopsis/solicitation for IRIS Search Engine Licenses and Implementation services. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The total amount of this requirement is not expected to exceed $7.5 million as required in FAR 13.500(a). PSC 7A21 is not the only applicable code and was selected as SAM requires one code be selected. See solicitation for additional details as to products/services being solicited. See the attached solicitation document and its associated attachments for additional information. Scope Summary: The Contractor shall purchase, implement, and make available for integration a modern search engine to find content across the CRS Application enterprise including the Oracle database - known as Consolidated database (CDB); the Content Management System (CMS) with an integrated Authoring/Document Management System (DMS) implemented on M365 leveraging SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Microsoft Power Platform; the Congressional Relationship Management Application (CRM-A)/MINERVA also using M365 and Microsoft Power Platform to track all research and informational requests placed by Congressional staff; and the PoolParty taxonomy application used to tag CRS content. In addition to the CRS.gov website, the M365 based applications: DMS/CMS, and CRM-A/MINERVA applications shall be integrated with Search.
