This public notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under the authority of FAR Part 13. The Library requires Contractor support to implement selected tasks from the Congressionally-mandated National Film Preservation Plan. The Contractor shall implement the five identified tasks in accordance with the National Recording Preservation Plan and National Film Preservation Plan recommendations in order to satisfy U.S. Congressional mandates under Public Law 114-217. The tasks are: Production of National Recording Registry Radio Programs Academy Film Archive National Film Registry Internship Programs AMIA Professional Mentorships Changing Technologies Interviews Restoration of National Film Registry title Chicana This is a Best-Value Trade Off competition.
