The Library of Congress (Library) requires event presentation equipment capable of transport within the Library complex to support various venues. The equipment sought will support medium to large-scale events occurring in the Great Hall of the Library’s Thomas Jefferson building, as well as other venues within the Library complex. The Library has hosted events of varying size. Depending upon the venue, fixed presentation infrastructure or equipment cannot be installed. For events occurring in those locations, as needed, the Library has outsourced a Contractor with rental presentation equipment. The Library plans to reduce outsourcing for rental equipment for some Library sponsored programs by procuring portable presentation equipment, through this solicitation, that can be setup/removed as needed to support Library sponsored events. This solicitation is for the procurement of this equipment. It is not for rental services. Offeror questions are due by 12:00 Noon EST on Monday, March 6, 2023. Quotes are due by 12:00 Noon EST on Monday, March 13, 2023. A signed copy of the 1449 and any amendments must be submitted with offeror's quote. Amendment 0001 cancels this solicitation.
