The Library (LOC) REQUIREMENTS AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: 1: The Procurement of Equipment, Delivery, Installation, and One Year Care and Maintenance Plan. See Table 1 The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all AV related equipment, cabling, hardware, and accessories contained within this project proposal. Services include preventive and corrective maintenance for one year. Installation of all AV related equipment contained within this project proposal. Installation of all AV related cabling, terminations, interconnects, hardware and accessories. Installation shall include dedicated project management, programing, and source code. Installation shall include testing, on-site training services, and manufacturer training as required. Pre-installation meetings will be required so that proper transfer of information is established. LCSG will perform inspection, testing, and acceptance of delivery and installation. Services included in the one year warranty period. 3.2. Task 2: One Year Care and Maintenance Plan Services include preventive and corrective maintenance for one year
