The mission of the Library Collections & Services Group (LCSG) is to develop, acquire, organize, provide access to, maintain, secure, and preserve the Library's universal collections, which document the history and further the creativity of the American people. To that end, the Library of Congress (the “Library”) is looking for a Library Collections Access Platform (LCAP) to support centralized management of the entire lifecycle of the Library’s acquisitions, bibliographic control and cataloging, collections management, inventory and circulation, discovery, and researcher management needs while providing the greatest efficiency and value to the Library's operations. All questions must be submitted by filling out Attachment J1 – Questions and emailing it to Sophie Chen at schen@loc.gov, with a copy to Michael Schuman at mschuman@loc.gov, no later than 5:00pm ET on May 13th, 2022.
