The Library of Congress (Library) retail shop operates under the retail section of the Library’s Office of Business Enterprises. The Library’s retail shop has a requirement for marketing content development and support services, which include creative services that support the production and distribution of digital flipbooks, print collateral and advertising. Production activities include design, photography, copywriting/editing, file production, printing and advertising placement/buys. The Library’s intends to establish a single award IDIQ with a Base plus four (4) Option Periods. See the attached solicitation and Attachment A for details.
