The purpose of this notice is to comply with the synopses and pre-solicitation notice requirements of FAR 5.2 - Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The related solicitation to this notice will be handled in accordance with FAR 5.102; therefore, availability of any resulting solicitation package will be posted on SAM.gov after the notice period. The Library of Congress (Library) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for commercial services to include migration of sensitive data to the new FedRAMP certified cloud environment (off-site) for an Enterprise Resource Planning Sales System. It will also include a base and four option years for Software use/license for 25 people and Operations and Maintenance System Support for the new system. The Library will issue a RFP on or about 15 days from the posting of this notice. Please do not consider this announcement a RFP, and do not submit your proposals until a formal RFP is posted on the website: https://sam.gov. This notice does not obligate the Library to award a contract, nor does it commit the Library to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals.
