The due date has also been updated to next Tuesday. The Library of Congress ("Library") has perpetural licenses for MassStore Telestream Kumulate Digital Asset Management (DAM) software but has an ongoing need for support for those licenses. This simplified requirement (per FAR Part 13 and the LCFAR) is for the maintenance support and professional support for the Library's perpetual licenses and the requirements and items required are described in the solicitation that can be found in the attachments section of this posting. If your organization is an authorized re-seller of the software and interested in responding and submitting a quote please see the attached solicitation.
