The Library of Congress Conservation Division (CD) requires contract support to obtain annual maintenance service with qualified technicians for the AG/CAD Dyss X5 Digital Cutter (boxmaker). In addition to planned preventive maintenance service the contract must provide for the opportunity to procure non-planned repair service during the period of performance. See attached solicitation for more details. Offers in response to this solicitation are due no later than 7/20/2022 at 5 PM Eastern Time.
