The contractor shall provide a spectral scanning system capable of efficiently and accurately capturing digital images from materials that do not image accurately when using traditional digitization technique. The ideal system shall provide high levels of throughput, and shall lend itself to incremental updates over time to take advantage of improved technologies. The contractor shall provide a complete scanning system, including illumination, capture device and related accessories, carriers, appropriate workflow, color conversion, analysis software and hardware, training for Library staff, training manuals and other aids, remote support, and a system warranty. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held for all interested vendors at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday June 28, 2022. All Offerors are required to attend the pre-proposal conference ZOOM Meeting as a prerequisite to participation in the latter phases of the competition. See solicitation for full details.
