The Library has also posted answers to two questions received. Please see the attached amendment and Q&A document in the attachments section of this posting. The Library of Congress (LOC), Integrated Support Services (ISS), is operating an enterprise system called Facilities and Asset Management Enterprise (FAME) system. FAME supports Library of Congress’s asset, space and facility service management and operations. TRIRIGA is the platform application used for FAME. TRIRIGA software is owned by IBM and IBM requires users of TRIRIGA to purchase annual “right to use” subscription licenses from IBM or one of their authorized business partners. This requirement is to procure such licenses from authorized re-sellers of IBM TRIRIGA licenses. If your organization can provide such licenses please review the attached justification and solicitation in the Attachments/Links section of this posting.
