3/10/2022: The Library received one question regarding whether this was a new requirement and if there is an incumbent for this requirement. This is technically a new requirement. Previously, the Library utilized Microsoft Premier services to fulfill similar Library requirements. Microsoft is the incumbent on the Library's current order for Microsoft Premier services, numbered OAM18014C/LCCIO21F0062. The Library of Congress (Library) requires expert technical support for the Library’s Microsoft-based Information Technology (IT) systems. The Library requires the Microsoft Unified coverage which includes critical business 24/7 support. The Library requires extended Hotfix support for select Microsoft software that has entered the Extended Support Phase. The Library also requires service delivery management to expedite and coordinate all Unified services provided under this contract to include 24/7 support, escalation management, advisory support, and advanced security patching notifications. This requirement is for Microsoft Unified Services for a base period with option periods. If your organization is an authorized re-seller of Microsoft Unified products please see the attached documents in the Attachments section of this posting. The solicitation has information on due dates for questions and proposals and what needs to be included with a proposal. A brand name justification is also attached for review. Thank you for your interest in the work of the Library.
