See the official solicitation document for the official dates. - - - This is a FAR Part 13 competition. The Library of Congress (Library), National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC), seeks contractor support to provide digital sound preservation for historical films. The Library anticipates the award of one or more Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with firm fixed pricing covering a three (3) year ordering term as a result of this competition. Offers shall review the whole announcement in its entirety and submit questions via email to the contract specialist by December 13th, 2021 at 12 PM EST. All questions and answers will be shared with all interested parties via SAM after the question period has closed. Contractors shall be required to work with other third party contractors (photochemical film and digital film contractors). Questions are due Monday, December 13th, 2021 at 12PM EST.
