The Library of Congress (“Library”) is the world’s largest library. Its mission is to support Congress in fulfilling its constitutional duties and to further the progress of knowledge and creativity for the benefit of the American people. The Library of Congress National Book Festival (“Festival”) is the Library’s preeminent public outreach initiative and embodies the life-changing contribution of books to the lives of people of all ages, backgrounds and interests. The Festival connects visitors to the unique collections and services available to them at the nation’s library. Under Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden’s leadership, the Festival has grown exponentially in offerings, attendance and reputation. It has captivated and enthralled millions of people – both in person and virtually – who are inspired to read. This year, the Festival will be held predominantly online. Contractor shall produce, broadcast, distribute, host, and stream a special program for the 2021 Library of Congress National Book Festival. Offeror Questions are due March 18, 2021 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time. Questions must be submitted in writing. Responses are due March 29, 2021 at 12:00 Noon Eastern Time.
