The contractor shall provide audio magazine duplication and distribution services by copying digital talking-book magazine files onto cartridges and packaging them into cartridge containers. Doing so by printing on a government provided order form with patron and/or library network mailing addresses then packaging with container and cartridge into a contractor provided windowed envelope, and mailing to the patron(s) or network library(ies). The contractor will then be responsible for inspecting returned containers and scanning barcodes of the enclosed cartridge, where they will then remove cartridge label & clean container for reuse as necessary.
