Amendment -0001 to this solicitation adds Attachment J-3 Answers to Clarifying Questions. Based on the questions, Attachment J-1 Price List was revised and superceded the previous version. The new pricelist should help the Library to compare pricing received from this RFQ. See Attachment J-1 Price List revised 20210811. The Library of Congress (Library), an agency of the Legislative Branch of the Government requires a Blanket Purchase Agreement that will allow Government Purchase Card holder of the Library to procure the services of the vendor to come to various Library buildings and pick-up batteries at various collection points, sort, package, transport, and properly dispose of batteries. We anticipate the majority of the batteries to be alkaline. From the attached solicitation we expect to award one BPA. The solicitation describes how we anticipate the BPA would work and we expect to need the services approximately once a quarter. Attachment J-1 Price List is how we expect you to tell us the prices that will apply. Please add additional items to the price list as required and describle your charges. The duration of the BPA is to be two years and each call/order will be set at the services Micro-purchase limit of $2,500.00. With a maximum limit of $25,000.00 over the life of the BPA.
