Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer submission deadline to 07/13/2021 as well as post further answers to submitted questions. - - - - - - - The Library of Congress, National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) requires that its network of cooperating libraries is well-informed and up-to-date on all current and future NLS products and services for blind and print disabled citizens. Every two years, The Library of Congress NLS sponsors the National Conference of Librarians Who Serve Blind and Print Disabled Individuals. The 2022 National Conference is scheduled to be held in Lincoln, Nebraska from May 15-19, 2022. The 2022 conference will be a hybrid conference, with in-person attendees and virtual/remote attendees. The conference will be Web Streamed live and remote attendees will be able to participate in discussions and conference sessions through a virtual platform accessible using screen reader software to ensure blind attendees can participate fully. The Library requires contract support for a virtual event service, platform, and broadcast provider for the hybrid virtual 2022 NLS National Conference. See attached solicitation for more details. Offers in response to this solicitation are due no later than 7/8/2021 at 5 PM EST.
