Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from potential offerors as well as make minor edits to the Statement of Work. - - - - - - - - - - The Library of Congress is releasing this solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The ultimate contractor(s) chosen for award shall manufacture and deliver headphones for the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS). The devices shall meet or exceed the requirements defined in the solicitation and its attachments. The headphones shall be used in conjunction with the Digital Talking Book Machines that NLS provides to its patrons. Please see the enclosed solicitation and its attachments for further information.
