The final attachment is Monthly Usage Reports for the referenced printers in 2019 as requested in some of the questions. Please note that those numbers from 2019 are not accurate as of today due to changes over time on the contract and the impact of Covid over the past year or so. The numbers are being provided for reference and historical information. 03/19/21: Please note that the Library intends to release the Q&A early next week along with an amendment to the solicitation that will extend the due date for quotes into the week of 3/29/21. 03/05/21: Updated Attachment L1 as the original version posted was not the correct version of the document as it cited the incorrect solicitation.
