The contractor shall provide a technical design of the PSN IT infrastructure, consistent with industry best practices, that addresses the Library’s current IESS requirements and positions the Library to transition from analog video cameras to IP based video capture over the next 18-24 months. The goal of this design will be to (1) improve performance of the overall network; (2) provide a solution that can support a growth of video monitoring workstations and monitors; (3) reduce costs to implement and support; (4) maintain IT and physical security in accordance with Library and other relevant Federal security requirements including FISMA. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Change the Site Visit to August 5th at 10:00 AM EDT. Acknowledgement of attendance required by Noon, August 4th. 2. Questions are due no later than 12:00 NOON on August 7th, 2020. 3. Proposals due date is extended to August 17th, 2020 at 12:00 NOON. AMENDMENT 0002 1. Change the Site Visit to August 13th at 10:30 AM EDT. Acknowledgement of attendance required by Noon, August 12th. 2. Questions are due no later than 12:00 NOON on August 18th, 2020. 3. Proposals due date is extended to August 26th, 2020 at 12:00 NOON. AMENDMENT 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Post the questions answered that were submitted by Aug 18th. 2. Make corrections to Section L regarding L.4, Remove references to Attachment J5. 3. Extend the Proposals due to August 31, 2020 by 12:00 Noon.
