The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 8/10/2020 5pm EST. At this time the Library is finalizing all Questions and Answers. ________________________________________________________________________________ The following solicitation seeks to establish an Agile Development and System Integration IDIQ and incorporates two task orders in Attachment J.4 and J.5. The resulting contract shall provide the full range of services required to support the planning, design, development, integration, and maintenance of Library IT systems and software applications.
