Questions and the Government's answers to the questions have also been posted in the attachment section of this posting, see attachment Questions and Answers_030ADV20Q0253. 08/17/2020 Update 1: The due date for quotes is being pushed back to 8/20/2020. An amendment to the solicitation is anticipated and should be released later today. The Congressional Research Service (CRS) has a brandname specific requirement for Canon Multifunction Devices and Canon Desktop Printers. CRS requires a variety of multifunction devices for digital copying, network printing and network color scanning to meet its mission. The new devices will replace high volume and outdated devices currently in production. The contractor shall deliver thirteen (13) genuine Canon Multifunction Devices and thirty-three (33) desktop printers, as described in the solicitation. Please also refer to the solicitation for information on how to submit questions regarding the solicitation. Please note that questions need to be submitted by 13 August 2020 by 5:00pm ET.
