The Library of Congress requires an acoustical study for the US Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) Hearing Room in accordance with the statement of work and wage determination. This is not considered an architect and engineering requirement in accordance with the Brooks Act (also know as the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute) as professional engineer (PE) stamps are not required. Request Site Visit - September 4, 2020 by 2:00 PM EST 2. Site Visit - September 8, 2020 from 9:00 AM EST through 3:00 PM EST 3. Questions Due - September 9, 2020 by 2:00 PM EST 4.
